Sheila Boyland is a clinical psychologist with over 12 years' experience. From 2005 to 2009 she worked as a behaviour specialist/clinical psychologist with children and adults with intellectual disability with the Community Living Trust - Behaviour Assessment Team in Hamilton. Before starting her private practice in 2017 she worked with children, adolescents and their parents at the Infant, Child, and Adolescent Mental Health Service in Hamilton.

Treatment Approaches: Sheila provides services for children, adolescents and adults. She is able to work with people with intellectual disability and autistic spectrum disorder. She is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy; Dialectical Behaviour Therapy; Acceptance Commitment Therapy; Family Based Therapy for Eating Disorders.
